The Herdim Multi is variable in diameter and taper, allowing pegs to be shaped to the exact dimensions of the existing pegholes. This saves time and preserves the instrument by requiring little or no trimming of the pegbox. The wide adjustment range of these shapers makes them additionally suited for trimming peghole bushings and for working on historical instruments. Anodized aluminum body with standard double-sided blades, taper 1/15 - 1/100. Please note: The peg shaper will only function properly if you insert and turn the peg in a gentle manner.
