Traditional oil-based varnish specifically formulated for bowed string instruments (violin, viola, cello, and double bass), crafted through an extended cooking process of natural resins and high-quality drying oils. This artisanal method produces a high-quality coating that provides a naturally warm color, excellent transparency, optical depth, and brilliance, while preserving the aesthetics and tradition of classical lutherie. It also delivers optimal results when combined with pigments and/or patina.
