We do not do appraisals of any instruments. If you think you've got a valuable instrument we recommend you find a reputable shop in your area and see if they can help. Will you buy it back or sell it on consignment?
We do not buy any instruments back or sell on consignment.
Can you repair my damaged instrument?
Generally, it is best to locate a local shop to bring your instrument to for repair. Check your local Yellow Pages under "Musical Instruments". If you are near our location we can perform some basic repairs, but please call for specifics.
Are your instruments guaranteed against cracking? Can I purchase on approval?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against cracking on any carved instrument. Instruments cannot be bought on approval.
What is your return policy for instruments? Other products?
If you purchase an instrument and decide you would like to return it we ask that you let us know within seven days of receipt. When you receive the instrument there will be a detailed instruction sheet explaining exactly what you must do in order to receive a full credit. The return shipping must be prepaid and the package must be insured for the full value.
With other products like wood or parts we ask that you call first to let us know something is being returned. Again, shipping must be prepaid and fully insured.
We do not guarantee any string, regardless of price or quality, against breakage or unravelling
once it has been put on an instrument.
Do you guarantee your instruments against cracking?
