US orders shipped via UPS.
Next Day Air - $32.00 1st lb., $6.50 ea. additional
2nd Day Air - $15.00 1st lb., $2.50 ea. additional
3 Day Select - $12.00 1st lb., $2.00 ea. additional

Canadian orders shipped via Air Parcel Post.
Shipping rates to Canada start at $14.00 up to two pounds,
each additional pound $1.25. Insurance starts at $1.85
for up to $50.00 of coverage.

International Shipments. Rates to each country vary so
please contact us via email for current pricing. Or, place an
order on our website and we will calculate and inform you
prior to shipping! Order will be shipped Air Parcel Post.

To place an order on our website locate the products
you would like to purchase in the top menu bar.
When you have found a product you wish to order
click on the Price to add the item to your cart.
You can then continue shopping or proceed to
checkout.
Enter all information requested and click "Continue
to Select Shipping"
Then select shipment method and click "Continue
to Enter Billing"
Enter all billing info and click "Complete Checkout"
Your order is now complete.
Your account number is your email address.
If you forget your password you can have
it emailed to the email address used for the

All returns must have our written or verbal consent.
We ask you call within 10 days of receipt of goods
if you plan to make a return. All returned packages
must be prepaid and insured for the full value of the
item(s) returned.

All instrument returns must have our written or verbal consent.
We ask you call within 7 days of receipt of instrument.
A detailed instruction sheet will accompany your order.
Please follow directions exactly when receiving an instrument.

We do not guarantee any string regardless of price
or quality once it has been put on an instrument.

Items under $20 will not be backordered.
After four weeks a backorder will be cancelled.
You will not be charged for an item that is not shipped.
